![]() Tiffany has given lectures on diversity in clinical trials and presentations on adopting Asian values in the Western workplace, while also supporting mentoring of Asian alums. She has worked to develop a global strategy, focusing on engagement of middle management to support and recognize the work being done by their employees to foster D&I in their departments and wider company. Tiffany is the Global Lead for the Merck Asia Pacific Association employee resource group, which saw her win the Merck Global Diversity and Inclusion Award of Excellence in 2019. Outside of work, Rodney is a Trustee for City Year UK, a youth social action charity, and an active member of UNISON.ĭirector, Translational Pharmacology Clinical Operations and Global Lead, Asia Pacific Association EBRG Merck Rodney is an experienced speaker on inclusion in the workplace, having spoken at several INvolve events, Gastech conferences in Texas and Barcelona, and Business in the Community events. Rodney also co-founded the ‘Development Programme for Diverse Leaders,’ a company-first course designed to accelerate and support BAME employees to management positions. As Chair, Rodney relaunched the network, boosting membership by 95% and nurturing new programs such as the successful reverse mentoring scheme. ![]() From 2016 – 2019, Rodney lead ‘ONE’, National Grid’s multicultural employee resource group. ![]() Rodney sits on the steering committee of ‘The Network of Networks’ (TNON), a community of over 80 organizations including FTSE companies. Since joining National Grid, Rodney has been a proactive champion of diversity within his role as a Lead Project Manager and further afield. ![]()
